The annual list celebrates “excellence, impact, and leadership across the legal profession” and recognizes the top 100 women lawyers practicing in California. Orange County – May 27, 2025: Crowell & Moring partner and Executive Committee chair Chahira Solh has been named to Global Competition Review’s 2025 Women in Antitrust list. The survey recognizes 89 individuals with outstanding career successes who have influenced new and existing colleagues and contemporaries.

Los Angeles – May 5, 2025: Crowell & Moring partners Agustin D. Orozco and Jennie Wang VonCannon have been named to the LA Times Studios’ 2025 list of Legal Visionaries. The list spotlights the “best and brightest in a large and highly competitive world of Southern California professionals” who demonstrate outstanding commitment to their practice, their firm, and the community.

Washington – May 1, 2025: Crowell & Moring’s International Dispute Resolution Group has earned a spot in the 18^th edition of Global Arbitration Review's GAR 100, a guide to the top 100 law firms with international arbitration capabilities. GAR is one of the leading journals of public and private arbitration.

Irvine – April 7, 2025: The Daily Journal has named Crowell & Moring’s Kent B. Goss and Jon Gurka as Top Intellectual Property Lawyers in California in 2025. The annual list recognizes California lawyers who have made significant contributions to intellectual property law over the past year.

Brussels – March 25, 2025: Chambers and Partners has ranked five Crowell & Moring practice groups and nine individual lawyers in the Chambers Europe 2025 guide.

New York – March 25, 2025: Crain’s New York Business named Crowell & Moring partner Sarah Gilbert to its Notable Litigators and Trial Attorneys 2025 list. The honorees named by the publication “are a talented cohort, shaping precedent and advocating for their clients across industries and issues. They exercise the law in manifold ways: upholding contractual rights for major banks, negotiating settlements, defeating securities litigation, challenging questionable Medicaid reimbursement methodologies and more. Our honorees are also active in pro bono work and in industry associations.”

Los Angeles – March 11, 2025: The Daily Journal recognized Crowell & Moring’s victory in Mass v. The Regents of the University of California as one of the “Top Verdicts of 2024.”

Washington – March 11, 2025: Foreign Investment Watch named Crowell & Moring partner Caroline Brown to its list of Top Advisors 2025. The list recognizes the “top advisors who provide advice and counsel concerning foreign investment and national security in the U.S. and abroad.” This is the second consecutive year that Brown has been ranked.

Washington – March 7, 2025: The Burton Awards honored Crowell & Moring partner Joanna Rosen Forster, counsel Jacob Canter and Derick D. Dailey, and associate Matt Menezes with Law360’s Distinguished Legal Writing Award for their article discussing a Supreme Court ruling and its impact on social media companies. The award will be presented at a gala reception at the Library of Congress in Washington, D.C. on Monday, May 19.

New York – February 24, 2025: Crowell & Moring counsel Derick D. Dailey has been named one of the “57 Most Influential Black Lawyers in the Northeast” by the Northeast Black Law Students Association (NEBLSA) at its 57th Regional Convention in Boston. This award acknowledges Black attorneys whose contributions have left a lasting influence on both the legal profession and their communities.

Washington – February 18, 2025: Chambers and Partners has ranked 12 Crowell & Moring practice groups and 17 individual lawyers in the Chambers Global 2025 guide.

Los Angeles – February 7, 2025: The Los Angeles Business Journal named Crowell & Moring partners Emily Kuwahara and Nicole Janigian Simonian to its 2025 Leaders of Influence: Minority Attorneys list. The list honors lawyers who are “impactful on the legal scene while serving as trusted advisors in the L.A. region.”

Chicago – February 3, 2025: World Trademark Review again recognized Crowell & Moring as a top trademark firm in its 2025 guide. Crowell received the highest ranking—gold—in the Belgium national ranking, and in Illinois for enforcement and litigation, and prosecution and strategy. The firm also achieved “Recommended” status in the International category and silver in the U.S. National category, and earned recognition as a top firm in California.
