Crowell & Moring’s Lauren Fleming Named DC Family Law Volunteer of the Year by Volunteer Legal Advocates

Washington – December 5, 2025: Crowell & Moring's Lauren Fleming has been named the 2025 DC Family Law Volunteer of the Year by Volunteer Legal Advocates (VLA), formerly known as DCVLP. This award honors Fleming's exceptional contributions to VLA’s mission to end the cycle of violence by providing pro bono legal services for survivors of domestic violence and at-risk children.

Fleming’s work reflects a deep commitment to serving the legal needs of vulnerable families. In announcing the award, VLA Executive Director Sara B. Tennen praised Fleming for her “dedication, leadership, and commitment to ending the cycle of violence through pro bono legal aid,” and expressed gratitude for “the countless ways she has supported clients.”

Fleming was recognized for her achievements at VLA’s Volunteer Reception on Dec. 3.

Fleming is a counsel in Crowell’s Antitrust & Competition Group. She provides comprehensive counsel across transactional, litigation, and criminal antitrust matters, including representing merging parties and third parties in merger investigations by the Federal Trade Commission, the Department of Justice, state attorneys general, and foreign antitrust agencies. In addition to her transactional experience, Fleming has successfully represented clients in high-profile antitrust class actions and criminal investigations involving allegations of price fixing, bid rigging, and no-poach agreements.
