The Daily Journal Names Crowell & Moring’s Jordan Ludwig to “Top 40 Under 40 2025” List

Los Angeles – October 27, 2025: The Daily Journal has named Crowell & Moring’s Jordan Ludwig to its “Top 40 Under 40” list for 2025. The annual list recognizes leading California lawyers under the age of 40.
Ludwig, a partner in the Antitrust & Competition group, has a proven track record of successfully guiding companies through all stages of complex antitrust litigation and investigations.
The Daily Journal highlighted Ludwig’s work obtaining a dismissal with prejudice for Cardinal Health in a large antitrust multi-district litigation, In re: Generics Pharmaceuticals Pricing Antitrust Litigation.
The Daily Journal also highlighted Ludwig’s successful representation of Fukuzyu Pharmaceutical, a small Japanese manufacturer of active pharmaceutical ingredients, in litigation stemming from high-profile allegations involving Martin Shkreli and Turing Pharmaceuticals. Ludwig reached a favorable settlement for the client in Cerovene, Inc. v. Fukuzyu Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.
