Overview

Rachel Elaine Hsu is an associate in Crowell & Moring’s New York office, with a focus on litigation, arbitration, and international dispute resolution. Rachel represents clients in a variety of matters, including Lanham Act and trade secret violations, pre-dispute tax investigations, and insurance payor/provider arbitrations. She is also an active member of Crowell’s pro bono practice.

Rachel received her J.D. from UCLA School of Law, where she was a Graton Scholar and recipient of a Masin Family Academic Excellence Gold Award in trademark law. She also served on the UCLA Law Review as senior dialectic editor and UCLA’s Indigenous Peoples’ Journal of Law, Culture, and Resistance as managing editor. Before her summer at Crowell & Moring, Rachel was a law clerk with the Santa Ynez Band of Chumash Indians.

Rachel sits on the board and serves as Chief Creative Officer of Fighting For Fairness, Inc., a non-profit organization that provides scholarships, mentorship, and resources to low-income law school applicants.
