A seasoned trial lawyer, Eric S. Aronson is known for his distinct business-oriented approach to litigation. Eric's dedication to resolving disputes swiftly and successfully aligns with the priorities of executive leadership, allowing them to concentrate on business operations and growth.

Spanning a range of industries, Eric’s client portfolio encompasses closely held corporations, real estate owners, investors, and developers, technology companies, national retail and consumer product companies, financial institutions, and private equity groups, and their portfolio companies. In addition to representing clients in an array of disputes, he provides invaluable counsel on risk management and strategies to avoid litigation.

Eric routinely tries cases in federal and state courts across the nation, as well as domestic and international arbitrations. He has argued appeals in a number of different state appellate courts and U.S. Circuit Courts. Regardless of the legal arena, Eric and his team bring a goal-oriented approach to meet the unique needs of his clients.

Outside of his legal practice, Eric is deeply committed to community service, with a particular passion for supporting education. He serves on the Governing Board of America Needs You, and has previously contributed as Board Member for St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital’s “Rock for Hope” Wall Street fundraiser. His dedication to public service earned him recognition on City & State’s 2021 “50 Over 50” list, which recognizes New Yorkers who strive to make the state a better place through their professional work and public service.
