Meagan T. Bachman

Meagan is chair of the firm’s International Dispute Resolution Group. Meagan’s practice focuses on construction contract disputes and other complex commercial issues in both arbitration and litigation. She has served as lead and co-lead counsel on a number of international arbitrations and mediations involving large infrastructure projects. In addition to her disputes advocacy work, Meagan regularly counsels clients on contract matters relating to major construction and infrastructure projects, including dispute avoidance and early resolution of disputes.

Meagan has substantial experience in international and domestic arbitration, mediation, and other forms of alternative dispute resolution. She represents clients in construction and other commercial matters in a variety of proceedings conducted under the auspices of the International Chamber of Commerce International Court of Arbitration, the International Centre for Dispute Resolution, the American Arbitration Association, and JAMS.
