Overview

Landon Reid’s practice focuses on employment discrimination, Title VII, and class actions. Notably, he currently represents an over five thousand member plaintiff class in the remedial phase of a Title VII class action. He is also experienced in general commercial litigation, including anti-corruption matters, and internal investigations.

Landon is also a behavioral scientist and, prior to becoming an attorney, he was a faculty member at a number of private and public universities. His areas of scholarly expertise include understanding the various forms of prejudice and discrimination as well as understanding how organizational climates and cultures affect employee well-being and performance.
