Overview

Morgan McGuire is an associate in the New York office. Her practice focuses on Health Care, and she is also a member of the International Dispute Resolution group.

Morgan received her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, where she served as a Student Attorney for the Health Justice Alliance Law Clinic, a Senior Writing Fellow, a Legal Research & Writing Fellow, and a Senior Staff Editor for the Food and Drug Law Journal. Morgan also served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Theodore Chuang at the United States District Court for the District of Maryland.

Prior to law school, Morgan was a Policy Analyst implementing various government-funded training and technical assistance centers for behavioral healthcare providers undergoing the transition to Medicaid managed care, early childhood mental health clinics, and foster care agencies.
