Justin Meltzer

Justin Meltzer is an associate in Crowell & Moring’s Washington, D.C. office and a member of the Corporate Group. Justin represents emerging companies throughout the entire corporate life cycle, from formation to exit. He provides guidance on ongoing corporate governance issues, venture financings, commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and reorganizations. Justin also advises venture capital funds and corporate investors on their investment transactions and portfolio company matters.
