Ian Schuler
Overview
Ian Schuler has developed discovery skills and abilities in E-Discovery through years of experience both in a law firm and in an in-house setting. Ian’s practice focuses on advising clients on novel and complex discovery issues across all phases of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) lifecycle. Ian helps clients formulate defensible discovery strategies, achieve proportionality in their preservation process, and implement best practices in E-Discovery processes. Ian also has significant experience in conducting defensible collections, managing small and large-scale documents reviews, privilege review, and leveraging emerging technology to efficiently manage and streamline discovery.
