Overview

Cecilia Almaraz is an associate in Crowell & Moring’s San Francisco office. Cecilia has experience working with clients in the education, health care, and software industries, with matters ranging from class actions to investigations.

During law school at the University of California, Berkeley, Cecilia was editor-in-chief of the La Raza Law Journal and a member of La Alianza Law Students of Latin Descent and the Women of Color Collective. She has a strong interest in community service: she served as a member of the Youth Advocacy Project, a project committed to providing support to youths subject to the juvenile justice system. In addition, she was a 2022 AT&T Legal Services Fellow with the Bar of San Francisco’s Justice and Diversity Center, where she worked directly with the supervising attorneys of JDC’s Family Law project, Tenant Advocacy Project, and The Community Representation Opportunity Project.
