Overview
Alicia represents clients in complex commercial disputes, antitrust litigation and investigations, internal and government investigations, and white collar criminal defense matters, with a focus on antitrust and False Claims Act (FCA) matters. A hallmark of her practice is her experience with integrating legal, technological, and international experience to manage e-discovery for litigation, investigations, and other disputes.
