Washington – May 5, 2017: Global Arbitration Review (GAR) has named Crowell & Moring LLP to its 10th edition of the “GAR 100,” an annual ranking of the top 100 arbitration practices in the world. GAR is considered the leading international journal of commercial and treaty arbitration. This marks the third consecutive year Crowell & Moring has been named to this list and the sixth time overall.

Washington, D.C., April 4, 2017 - Integrated Device Technology, Inc. (NASDAQ: IDTI) announced today that its tender offer by its wholly-owned subsidiary, Glider Merger Sub, Inc. (“Purchaser”), to purchase all outstanding stock of GigPeak, Inc. (NYSE: GIG) at an offer price of $3.08 expired as scheduled at one minute following 11:59 P.M. (12:00 midnight) New York City time, on Monday, April 3, 2017.

Washington, D.C. – March 14, 2017: Crowell & Moring LLP is pleased to announce that client Owens & Minor Distribution, Inc., the nation’s largest distributor of medical-surgical supplies, prevailed in an appeal of summary judgment dismissing an antitrust tying and exclusive dealing lawsuit alleging over $200 million in damages brought by a competitor, specialty distributor, Suture Express, Inc.

Washington, D.C., February 28, 2017: Crowell & Moring LLP represented NRG Yield, Inc. in negotiating an agreement to acquire interests in an 820 MW portfolio of eight solar generating facilities in Arizona and Utah from NRG Energy, Inc. for $130 million in cash plus assumed non-recourse project debt of $464 million. The transaction is expected to close in the next 60 days. The Crowell & Moring team included partner Patrick W. Lynch, counsel Nicholas James, partner Scott J. San Francisco – February 21, 2017: UniPixel, Inc., a company that develops and markets performance engineered films for the touch screen and flexible electronics markets, today announced the closing of its public offering of 10,530,000 units, comprised of common shares and warrants. Each unit consists of one share of UniPixel common stock, par value $0.001 per share, priced at $0.95 per share, and warrants to purchase 0.45 shares of common stock at an exercise price of $1.00 per share, exercisable for a period of five years from the date of the closing of the offering.

Washington, D.C. – February 21, 2017: Crowell & Moring obtained a final award in a JAMS streamlined arbitration in favor of client O1 LLC, a commodity trading adviser. The eight-figure damages award, announced on February 17, fully vindicates O1's position.

London, February 16, 2017: Crowell & Moring represented Verisk Analytics, Inc., a leading data analytics provider, on its acquisition of Healix Risk Rating, a leader in automated medical risk assessment for the travel insurance industry. Healix Risk Rating, a subsidiary of Healix International Holdings Limited, will become part of ISO, a Verisk Analytics business and a pre-eminent source of information about property/casualty insurance risk for more than 45 years. The transaction will further expand Verisk Analytics’ risk assessment offerings for the global insurance industry.
