Washington, D.C., February 28, 2017: Crowell & Moring LLP represented NRG Yield, Inc. in negotiating an agreement to acquire interests in an 820 MW portfolio of eight solar generating facilities in Arizona and Utah from NRG Energy, Inc. for $130 million in cash plus assumed non-recourse project debt of $464 million. The transaction is expected to close in the next 60 days. The Crowell & Moring team included partner Patrick W. Lynch, counsel Nicholas James, partner Scott J.
