Laura Foggan Named to Benchmark's 2019 'Top 250 Women in Litigation' List

Washington – August 26, 2019: Benchmark Litigation has again named Laura Foggan, partner and chair of Crowell & Moring’s Insurance/Reinsurance Group, to its “Top 250 Women in Litigation” list. The list draws from a wide range of practice areas, and features leading female litigators who recently have participated in impactful litigation matters and have earned the respect of their peers and clients.

Foggan has been recognized repeatedly by her peers as among the elite insurance lawyers in Washington and in the United States, and she is one of the industry’s leading attorneys helping insurance companies address emerging issues and maximize opportunities in the digital age. Benchmark cited Foggan’s recognized litigation work, as well as her comprehensive arbitration, mediation, and alternative dispute resolution work.
