USCIB Young Arbitrators Forum: Meeting a Client's Objectives in an International Arbitration
September 18, 2007
New York, NY
The Arbitration Committee of the US Council for International Business (USCIB) and DLA Piper are conducting a meeting of the Young Arbitrators Forum (YAF). Speakers will include in-house counsel from major corporations that use international arbitration as a dispute resolution mechanism. Topics will include:
- obtaining evidence
- recognizing and meeting clients' business and legal objectives
YAF is organized by USCIB, the US national committee of the ICC International Court of Arbitration. The aim of YAF is to provide a forum at which young lawyers (age 40 or under) who practice or are interested in international dispute resolution can exchange ideas and learn from established and up-and-coming practitioners in the field.
Christina Burgos is attending.
