Crowell Café – Let’s talk Pay Transparency and Pay Equity: Perspectives, Quotas and the Path Forward

We are delighted to invite you to our next Cr♀well Café, organized by Crowell & Moring’s Women's Leadership Initiative (WLI). This edition will explore the theme of pay transparency and pay equity. Over the course of approximately one hour, our keynote speaker, Delia Mensitieri, will share insights on pay equity, gender quotas and the structural barriers that persist, followed by an engaging exchange with the audience. Agree or disagree:

• The EU Pay Transparency Directive addresses the symptoms, but not the deeper root causes of the gender pay gap.
• Quotas for women in top positions are not ideal, but they are necessary.
• As long as caregiving responsibilities remain unequally distributed, real pay equity will remain unattainable.

 The discussion will be held in English.
