Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) are emerging as a viable enterprise with a wide ranges of use including commercial, law enforcement, and recreational. The increased use of UASs creates regulatory challenges for their safe integration into the National Airspace System (NAS). This panel will discuss the emerging regulatory framework for UASs, and the challenges they pose to both regulators and stakeholders.
