Overview
Honor Costello is a partner in Crowell & Moring’s New York office. Her practice focuses on complex civil litigation, including class actions and multidistrict litigation (MDL) proceedings. She represents clients in antitrust, product liability, mass tort, environmental, and commercial litigation in state and federal court. She has extensive experience representing clients in the health care, energy, manufacturing, and chemical industries.

- Defending health insurers in Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) litigation.
- Representing a U.S. reinsurance company in litigations relating to underlying asbestos and environmental losses.
- Representing a medical school in litigation relating to breach of a patent license agreement.
