Charlene Sun is an associate in Crowell & Moring’s Orange County office and is a member of the firm’s Antitrust & Competition and Environmental and Natural Resources groups. She is a litigator with a practice that focuses on representing Fortune 500 companies across various industries in complex antitrust and environmental litigation.
Charlene received her J.D. magna cum laude from the University of California, Irvine School of Law. While she was in law school, she served as an editor of the UC Irvine Law Review. She participated in various pro bono projects, which included work on cases concerning asylum, bankruptcy, and domestic violence. Charlene was also a research assistant to Professor Kenneth Simons, where she researched issues related to the drafting of the Restatement of the Law Third, Tort: Intentional Torts to Persons.
Charlene received her B.S. in business administration from Chapman University.
