World Trademark Review has recognized four Crowell & Moring attorneys in its WTR Global Leaders 2024 guide. The guide, which is in its sixth edition, “brings together the world’s foremost law firm and corporate trademark experts, allowing the wider community to benefit from their insight, experience and perspectives.”

The D.C. Access to Justice Commission honored Crowell & Moring as one of the 39 firms that qualified for the Raising the Bar in D.C. campaign in 2023.

The National Legal Aid & Defender Association recognized Crowell & Moring with its 2024 Beacon of Justice Award, one of 40 firms singled out for efforts to address issues related to civil and human rights. 

The Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals ruled in favor of Crowell & Moring client Lockheed Martin in the C-5 Reliability Enhancement and Re-engineering Program dispute (Appeal of Lockheed Martin, ASBCA No. 62209), holding that Lockheed Martin is entitled to $131,888,860 plus interest under the Contract Disputes Act. The decision follows a four-week bench trial in October 2022.

Derick Dailey, counsel in Crowell & Moring’s Litigation Group and based in New York, has been named to the National Black Lawyers’ Top 40 Under 40 list. 

Judy He, a Chicago-based counsel in Crowell & Moring’s Patents Group, has been named to the American Bar Association’s 2024 “On the Rise” list. The awards honor young ABA members “who exemplify a broad range of high achievement, innovation, vision, leadership, and legal and community service.”

The Daily Journal has named Crowell & Moring’s Molly A. Jones as a Top Intellectual Property Lawyer in California in 2024. The annual list recognizes California lawyers who have made significant contributions to intellectual property law over the past year.

The Burton Awards honored Crowell & Moring partners Jason Crawford, Olivia Lynch, and Brian Tully McLaughlin with Law360’s Distinguished Legal Writing Award for their article on the future of enforcement actions focused on pandemic relief fraud. The award was presented at a gala reception at the Library of Congress in Washington, D.C. on Monday, May 20.

Crowell & Moring partner Kirsten Nathanson has been elected as a 2024 Fellow of the American College of Environmental Lawyers (ACOEL). She was selected, along with 16 others, for her depth of experience in – and substantial contributions to – the field of environmental law.
