General Motors Co when Judge Gershwin Drain of the U.S. District Court Eastern District of Michigan granted General Motors Co's motion to dismiss the $3 billion lawsuit accusing GM of effectively forcing Swedish automaker Saab into bankruptcy by expressing lack of support for the proposed sale of Saab to a Chinese automaker.
