Ashleigh Kaspari Elected to Lead Colorado Hispanic Bar Association

Denver – August 15, 2025: Crowell & Moring counsel Ashleigh Kaspari was elected president-elect of the Colorado Hispanic Bar Association (CHBA) for 2025-2026. She will assume the position of president for the 2026-2027 term.
The CHBA is committed to the advancement of the Colorado Hispanic community by expanding the number of Latinos in the legal profession through professional development, education, and leadership opportunities. In line with this vision, the CHBA spearheads and is actively involved in a variety of civic and advocacy efforts serving the Hispanic community.
Kaspari is a member of Crowell’s Litigation Group. Her clients span a wide array of industries, including health care, telecommunications, and consumer products. Clients turn to Kaspari for regulatory compliance before state and federal agencies, as well as for representation in state and federal court. Kaspari’s experience includes ERISA, payor-provider disputes, product liability, food and beverage licensing, advertising, coupon approval, and label review.
Prior to joining the firm, Kaspari worked as a criminal defense investigator in the Office of the Colorado State Public Defender and is a private investigator in the State of Colorado. During law school, she served as a judicial extern for the U.S. District Court, District of Colorado and as co-president of the Latino Law Students Association. She also served as an investigator for the Korey Wise Innocence Project and was a member of an international legal team working to protect Mayan land rights in Belize. She has traveled to the Belize Supreme Court and the Caribbean Court of Justice for litigation on numerous occasions.
