Deal Note: Crowell & Moring’s Team Represents OpenText in its $100 Million Dollar Acquisition of ANXe Business Corp.

Washington, D.C., May 5, 2016: Crowell & Moring represented OpenText, the largest software company in Canada and a global leader in Enterprise Information Management, in its acquisition of ANXe Business Corp. (ANX). ANX is a leading provider of cloud-based information exchange services to the US Automotive and Healthcare industries.

Crowell & Moring served as lead legal counsel to OpenText in the acquisition, and the team included Jim Regan, Richard Holbrook, Jonathan Nesher, Lorin Dale-Pierce, Simon Leefatt, Charles Hwang, Jen Ray, Shawn Johnson, Andrew Bagley, and Christina Crockett.

Crowell & Moring Relocates D.C. Office to Newly Redeveloped Space In Penn Quarter

Washington – June 3, 2026: Crowell & Moring has moved into new office space at the recently redeveloped former headquarters of the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority in the Penn Quarter neighborhood of Washington, D.C.
