Crowell Represents Parsons Corporation in Strategic $89M Acquisition

Washington – July 1, 2025: A Crowell & Moring team represented Parsons Corporation in its $89 million acquisition of Chesapeake Technology International, a defense technology firm known for its advanced capabilities supporting all-domain operations and the Indo-Pacific Command.
A cross-practice, cross-office team—spanning Corporate, Government Contracts, Cybersecurity, Labor and Employment, Tax, and more—led the deal from start to close in just six weeks. The acquisition strengthens Parsons’ Defense & Intelligence business with the addition of more than 225 CTI employees, most holding active security clearances.
The deal team was led by Lex Eley, Stephen J. McBrady, Robert J. Sneckenberg, and included Ryan Flynn, Michael E. Samuels, Christine K. Lane, David Steenburg, Andrew W.
