Identified by Daily Journal as one of the “Top Women Litigators” in California, Beatrice B. Nguyen is trusted by client leaders and key business stakeholders to handle and advise them on high-stakes and high-profile litigation. Clients particularly value Beatrice’s efficient, well-organized, and innovative approach as well as her strong oral advocacy skills, and they rely on her counsel for every stage of pre-litigation and litigation.

With over two decades of experience, Beatrice has handled litigation on both sides of the v. — as defense counsel and plaintiffs’ counsel — and scored numerous victories for her clients. She represents clients in individual and class action lawsuits nationwide, including extensively in Northern and Southern California courts. Beatrice is focused on achieving the right outcomes for clients in litigation. To that end, she provides all-inclusive strategic litigation management and resolution strategies that are tailored to her clients’ ultimate objectives and goals.

Beatrice represents technology, health care, and pharmaceutical companies in complex litigation and arbitrations as well as federal and state governmental investigations involving antitrust and unfair competition law. She counsels clients in class and individual actions, alleging claims for antitrust violations, unfair competition, breach of contract, trade secret theft, and business torts. Beatrice also offers her clients deep knowledge of California’s Unfair Competition Law, including Business and Professions codes 17200 and 17500, and the California Consumer Legal Remedies Act.
