Washington – March 7, 2025: The Burton Awards honored Crowell & Moring partner Joanna Rosen Forster, counsel Jacob Canter and Derick D. Dailey, and associate Matt Menezes with Law360’s Distinguished Legal Writing Award for their article discussing a Supreme Court ruling and its impact on social media companies. Derick Dailey will be speaking at the NEBLSA Regional Leadership Retreat. The Northeastern Black Law Students Association ("NEBLSA") is a regional affiliate of the National Black Law Students Association ("NBLSA"), a student-run, national organization in the United States formed to articulate and promote the needs and goals of Black law students.

Derick Dailey will be a panelist at the 2024 American Legion Jersey Boys State Program, New Jersey’s preeminent youth leadership and civics program, where over 1,000 rising seniors will join the ranks of illustrious alumni that includes Governors, US Senators, US Supreme Court Justices, and numerous executives.

This presentation will provide an overview of recent AG ESG enforcement activity, enforcement trends, and explain how and why AG ESG priorities are important to business of all types.
