Derick D. Dailey Elected to the Board of Trustees of Legal Services of New Jersey

New York – July 2, 2025: Crowell & Moring’s Derick D. Dailey has been elected to the Board of Trustees of the Legal Services of New Jersey (LSNJ).
LSNJ coordinates the statewide Legal Services system, a network of nonprofit corporations across New Jersey, which provides free legal assistance to low-income New Jerseyans for their civil legal problems. Through its work, LSNJ strives to secure substantive and procedural justice for those living in poverty.
“I’m honored and excited to be part of LSNJ’s distinguished board of trustees. I look forward to advancing their mission of securing equal access to justice for all New Jerseyans,” said Dailey.
Dailey is a counsel in the firm’s Litigation, White Collar and Regulatory Enforcement, and State Attorney General groups, based in New York. A former federal prosecutor and senior counsel to the New Jersey Attorney General, he represents clients facing state attorneys general inquiries and investigations, as well as in complex commercial litigation and investigative matters in federal and state courts and before federal and state regulatory agencies.
