Los Angeles Business Journal Names Crowell & Moring a 2020 Most Admired Law Firm

Los Angeles – November 24, 2020: The Los Angeles Business Journal has named Crowell & Moring one of its 2020 Most Admired Law Firms. The list recognizes the top firms to work for in Los Angeles and includes “an assortment of particularly outstanding law firms who are consciously working towards creating diverse, positive, and supportive environments to help drive the success of their attorneys.”

According to the publication, the factors considered in creating the list included company culture, employee compensation, benefits, programs, diversity and women’s initiatives, and work-life balance. As part of Crowell & Moring’s recognition, the publication noted “the firm celebrated its [40^th anniversary in 2019] by participating in Days of Service at various charities and nonprofit organizations [and] as the firm approaches its next milestone… firm leadership seeks to build on the traditions of Crowell & Moring, which serve as the foundation for its success – client service, entrepreneurship, teamwork, inclusiveness, and giving back to the community.”

The firm’s success with diversity and inclusion was also recognized, with the publication recognizing the efforts of the Diversity Council, made up of members of the firm from all offices, has had with establishing clear objectives and goals.
