“We are honored to be recognized for the tenth consecutive year for our efforts in prioritizing LGBTQ+ workplace equality,” said Don Smith, Crowell & Moring’s Chief Talent & Inclusion Officer. “One way we promote diversity and inclusion is through our provision of inclusive benefits and practices; this allows us to attract and retain the best legal and professional talent which in turn, allows us to provide the highest quality service to our clients.”
The foundation's 2020 index rated 164 law firms’ practices such as workforce protections, inclusive benefits, and an inclusive culture and corporate responsibility. Businesses are rated on a scale from 0 to 100, with a certain number of points awarded for meeting each criterion.
