Glen McGorty Named Finalist for Office Managing Partner of the Year by New York Law Journal

New York – August 20, 2025: Glen McGorty, managing partner of Crowell & Moring’s New York office, has been named a finalist for the 2025 Office Managing Partner of the Year award from the New York Law Journal. The award honors those who manage their firm’s day-to-day affairs with an eye to its long-term strategic plans, all while balancing caseloads of their own.

McGorty is a member of the firm’s White Collar & Regulatory Enforcement Group and the Financial Services Group, and serves as co-chair of its Litigation and Trial Department and a member of the firm’s Management Board and Executive Committee. He is an experienced trial lawyer who served almost 15 years as a federal prosecutor in the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York and the U.S. Department of Justice in Washington, D.C. McGorty represents corporate entities and individuals in federal and state criminal and regulatory matters, and in investigations conducted by grand juries, congressional committees, independent and special counsel, and international, federal, and state law enforcement and regulatory agencies. He leads the firm’s monitorship practice and has served as court appointed monitor of the New York City District Council of Carpenters for the past decade, and as the election monitor for the United Autoworkers of America.
