Crowell & Moring Releases Second Annual Litigation Forecast Report

Washington, D.C. – January 22, 2014: Crowell & Moring LLP is pleased to announce the publication of "Litigation Forecast 2014: What Corporate Counsel Need to Know in the Coming Year." The report explores critical litigation issues, provides concise, forward-looking perspectives on trends affecting a wide range of companies and industries, and identifies cases to watch in 15 areas of law including: antitrust, class actions, environmental, government contracts, labor and employment, patents, tax, trade secrets, white collar, advertising, insurance/reinsurance, e-discovery, energy, financial services, and health care.
