Los Angeles – October 1, 2020: Latinvex has named Nicole Janigian Simonian, co-chair of Crowell & Moring’s International Trade practice and International Employment and Global Mobility Lead, as one of Latin America's Top 100 Female Lawyers. The list is developed by Latinvex’ editorial and research staff using data from their annual survey of international law firms, as well as publicly available data.
According to Latinvex, “the criteria for our selection was a combination of factors, including recent track record on major deals and business, prominence of firm in Latin America and rankings by third parties such as Chambers and Partners, Legal 500 and M&A data from Refinitiv.”
Simonian has over 20 years of experience working as a strategic advisor for a wide range of clients, from emerging growth companies to Fortune 500 multinational conglomerates, on their market entry and global business expansion throughout Latin America, Asia, the Middle East, and Europe. Her practice covers a wide range of international compliance and regulatory issues, including cross border transactions, international trade, global mobility and employment, and global supply chains.
Simonian’s experience includes working with companies to manage their compliance risks with government authorities on issues dealing with cross-border investigations, investment and employment regulations, and international trade.
