Washington, D.C. – April 27, 2012: Crowell & Moring LLP is pleased to announce that it has been named as a 2012 Yale Law Women's "Top Ten Family Friendly Firm." The list recognizes law firms for their leadership in developing and implementing family friendly practices and policies.
This year, Yale Law Women also recognized firms who have demonstrated outstanding performance in specific categories of its Top Ten survey. In addition to being a top ten firm, Crowell & Moring received category recognition for "Overall Support of Part/Flex-Time" and "Overall Support of Parental Leave Policy Use." The specific categories are ones that Yale Law School alumni have identified as particularly important for family friendliness.
Yale Law Women produces its annual "Top Ten Family Firms" report to raise awareness of gender disparities within the legal profession as well as to highlight progress and innovative solutions.
