Crowell & Moring represented Conveyor, a leader in AI-powered customer trust workflows for security reviews and RFPs, in successfully raising $20 million in Series B funding, bringing total funding to $40 million. This round was led by SignalFire, with participation from Oregon Venture Fund and Cervin Ventures. The investment will fuel Conveyor's expansion in AI research, engineering, and go-to-market initiatives, supporting the development of its AI Agents, Sue and Phil.

Conveyor is at the forefront of transforming enterprise sales processes by automating customer security reviews and RFPs. The company’s AI Agents, Sue and Phil, are designed to streamline complex workflows, enhancing efficiency and accuracy. Sue, Conveyor's breakthrough AI Agent, is the industry's first end-to-end solution for automating customer security reviews. Phil, the industry’s pioneering AI Agent focuses on RFP automation, complements Sue to form a powerful AI-driven duo, effectively offloading labor-intensive elements of customer trust workflows.

With the new funding, Conveyor aims to scale its AI capabilities and expand the availability of Sue and Phil. The company is committed to enabling AI-to-AI trust exchanges, laying the foundation for future interactions between buyer and seller AIs. Conveyor's technology is already trusted by over 480 customers, including top-tier enterprises like Atlassian and Zendesk, demonstrating its pivotal role in accelerating revenue growth and building trust.

The Crowell deal team was led by Jon O’Connell with support from Justin Lurie, Jonathan Camello, and Jason Nahm.
