Overview

Jonathan Camello is an associate in Crowell & Moring’s San Francisco office and a member of the Corporate Group. He represents emerging companies ranging from pre-seed stage through IPO and helps them scale by acting as a business-minded outside general counsel throughout the client’s lifecycle. Jonathan provides guidance on company formations, ongoing corporate governance and securities matters. Jonathan also advises venture capital funds and corporate investors on their investment transactions and portfolio company matters.  He regularly advises clients on a wide-range of corporate transactions, including debt financings, venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations and reorganizations.
