Doha – June 4, 2025: Crowell & Moring advised Quantinuum, the world’s largest integrated quantum computing company formed by the merger of Cambridge Quantum and Honeywell Quantum Solutions, on its $1 billion joint venture with Al Rabban Capital, a prominent Qatari investment group.
The transaction involved sophisticated corporate, regulatory, compliance and intellectual property considerations, including export controls and foreign investment issues. The transaction was highlighted in the White House Fact Sheet as part of President Trump’s $1.2 trillion economic commitment to Qatar.
