BTI Consulting Group Names Three Crowell & Moring Lawyers as Client Service All-Stars

Washington – April 8, 2019: Crowell & Moring LLP is pleased to announce that partners John T. Brennan Jr. and Peter J. Eyre, and senior counsel Jennifer A. Brennan is a partner in the firm’s Health Care Group, focusing on health care fraud and abuse matters. He defends clients in federal litigation, investigations, and enforcement actions, particularly related to the federal False Claims Act and the anti-kickback and physician self-referral (Stark Law) statutes. Eyre is a partner and co-chair of the firm’s Government Contracts Group and a member of the firm’s management board. His practice includes a wide range of litigation, counseling, crisis management, and transactional capabilities. Giblin, a senior counsel in the firm's Environment & Natural Resources Group, focuses her practice on compliance counseling under federal and state environmental laws and management of environmental risks in business and real estate transactions. She also advises clients regarding the transportation of hazardous materials and dangerous goods under U.S. and international regulations and standards.
