Our Racial Equity Task Force ensures accountability for and advancing the cause of racial equity and justice, and we are dedicated to advancing key initiatives that help to keep us moving forward, like allyship training, our sponsorship program, and the Women’s Leadership Initiative.

• We are passionate about serving our communities. We provide more than 40,000 hours of pro bono legal services every year, and our community impact efforts help to advance racial equality, youth education, access to the legal profession, and much more as we support underserved communities.

That’s why members of our management board undertake meaningful pro bono assignments, help to lead critical DEI and professional development programs, and give back to the legal community through public service positions that advance the profession.
