(ANX). ANX is a leading provider of cloud-based information exchange services to the US Automotive and Healthcare industries.
Crowell & Moring served as lead legal counsel to OpenText in the acquisition, and the team included Jim Regan, Richard Holbrook, Jonathan Nesher, Lorin Dale-Pierce, Simon Leefatt, Charles Hwang, Jen Ray, Shawn Johnson, Andrew Bagley, and Christina Crockett.
