Crowell & Moring Recognized by the Diversity and Flexibility Alliance for "Tipping the Scale" with Women Partners in 2020

Washington – November 6, 2020: The Diversity and Flexibility Alliance has recognized Crowell & Moring for the second consecutive year with the “Tipping the Scale” award for having a diverse partner class consisting of 50 percent or more women. Crowell & Moring is among 46 firms to receive this honor for 2020.
“Crowell & Moring is committed to continuing the work needed to advance all our women and diverse talent, with equity being our top priority,” said Philip T. Inglima, chair of the firm. “We are proud to have received this recognition for the second year in a row.”
The Diversity and Flexibility Alliance is a think-tank working to create strategic, practical solutions around diversity and flexibility for law firms and other organizations. The award was presented at the organization’s virtual annual conference, “Moments of Impact: Transforming Organizational Culture.”
