Crowell & Moring Ranked Among Greater Washington's Healthiest Employers for 2013

Washington, D.C. – September 19, 2013: Crowell & Moring LLP is pleased to announce that for the second consecutive year, the firm has been named among the "2013 Healthiest Employers" in Washington, D.C. by the Washington Business Journal (WBJ). One of three law firms listed among the 50 recognized employers, Crowell & Moring ranked third overall in the category for businesses with 500 – 1,499 employees. Honorees and category winners were recognized at the WBJ’s "Healthiest Employers Awards" luncheon on September 18 at the Renaissance Arlington Capital View Hotel. The companies on the list were featured in the September 20 issue of the publication.
The WBJ partnered with Healthiest Employer LLC, an Indianapolis data research company, to measure the region's top 50 healthiest employers who are "unleashing best practices for healthy workplaces." The list was compiled based on tabulated answers to a 75-question survey that participants completed regarding health benefits, wellness programs, on-site fitness facilities, incentive programs, and other aspects of employers' efforts geared toward promoting the overall health and well-being of their employees.

Washington – May 20, 2026: Crowell & Moring achieved a decisive victory for leading Enterprise AI application software company C3.ai, obtaining a $23.3 million jury verdict following a seven-day trial in Wilmington, Delaware. The jury unanimously found Cummins liable for trade secret misappropriation and breach of contract in a suit brought by C3.ai more than two and a half years ago.
