Crowell & Moring Partner Ian A. Laird Named One of Latin America’s Top 100 Lawyers

Washington – July 1, 2021: Latinvex has named Ian A. Laird, co-chair of Crowell & Moring’s International Dispute Resolution Group, as one of Latin America’s Top 100 Lawyers. The list is developed by Latinvex’ editorial and research staff using data from their annual survey of international law firms, as well as publicly available data. This is the third consecutive year Laird has been selected for the list.

Crowell & Moring’s International Dispute Resolution Group’s lawyers advise clients throughout Latin America on diverse areas of the law, helping establish long-term investments in the region, as well as Latin American clients with business interests in the United States. The group helps clients navigate laws, regulations, and issues by jurisdiction; resolve international disputes and litigation; and assist with both domestic and cross-border corporate and M&A transactions. Additionally, the team brings cultural and political sophistication within Latin America to its work and represents clients in both English and Spanish, among other languages.

Crowell & Moring Represents Kanders & Company in Acquisition of Ginkgo Bioworks’ Biosecurity Business
