Latin America Practice


Latin America has long been a focus for Crowell & Moring and our clients. Our lawyers work with clients throughout the region on diverse areas of the law helping establish long-term investments in the region, and we work with Latin American clients who have a business interest in the United States – whether it be a customer or supplier base – or subsidiary or joint venture partner. We help clients navigate laws, regulations, and issues by jurisdiction; resolve international disputes and litigation; and assist with both domestic and cross-border corporate and M&A transactions.
