This seminar will help people who run trade associations or attend trade association meetings to understand the antitrust pitfalls presented by trade association activity. It will address various aspects of trade association activity such as membership criteria, information exchanges, joint marketing, etc in order to identify antitrust risks and describe pragmatic solutions that help eliminating or minimizing those risks.
