Crowell & Moring Advises Cure Ventures in Series A Financing of Tortugas Neuroscience

Boston – April 21, 2026: Crowell & Moring advised founding investor Cure Ventures in the Series A financing of Tortugas Neuroscience, a neurology-focused biotech company.  

Cure Ventures co-led the Series A round in partnership with The Column Group and AN Venture Partners. Proceeds from the financing will support Tortugas’ ongoing research and development initiatives regarding new and major neurology and neuropsychiatric disorders, including the completion of Phase 2 clinical trials for its two lead candidates. 

The financing transaction was led by partner  Kurt Machemer (Boston).

Crowell & Moring Relocates D.C. Office to Newly Redeveloped Space In Penn Quarter

Washington – June 3, 2026: Crowell & Moring has moved into new office space at the recently redeveloped former headquarters of the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority in the Penn Quarter neighborhood of Washington, D.C.
