Joint ABA PCL/DoD Procurement Fraud Working Group Meeting

Over the past twenty years, classified acquisition funding has increased dramatically. This has raised the importance of understanding how disputes relating to classified contracts are handled. On October 24, 2013, the Department of Defense Procurement Fraud Working Group and the ABA Public Contract Law Section’s Bid Protest Committee, Contract Claims and Disputes Resolution Committee, and Debarment and Suspension Committee will be hosting a joint meeting to discuss the procedures used in classified bid protests, claims, and suspension/ debarment actions. The meeting will feature a distinguished panel of decision makers from the Government Accountability Office, the Court of Federal Claims, the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals, and the Air Force Contractor Responsibility Division.
