Georgetown University Fifth Annual Advanced E-Discovery Institute: The Discovery of ESI Comes of Age
November 20 - 21, 2008
Crystal City, VA
Celebrating its fifth anniversary, the Advanced E-Discovery Institute consists of an unusual blend of innovative theory, well-honed strategy and practical "hands on" techniques for contending with many of the most daunting aspects in the realm of e-discovery. Our Institute will include more members of the judiciary as speakers than any other e-discovery CLE program.
Participants will explore not only where the "new" E-discovery Federal Rules of Procedure have taken us, but what the highly-skilled and well-prepared litigator must anticipate in the near future concerning the practice of e-discovery. The 2008 Institute promises to surpass the 2007, which sold out! Register now to ensure you have a seat at this year’s Institute.
Jeane Thomas will serve as Co-Chair of the event. She and Courtney Barton will sit on a panel, "Critical Aspects of E-Discovery Practice - Experts Analyze & Critique Vignettes," on Thursday, November 20th. Steve Byers will also be a panelist: "E-Discovery in the Criminal Context."
