Employers Advocacy Program Presents: Understanding the Employer's Responsibility During and Post-Pandemic

Please join us the DC Chamber of Commerce's Employer Advocacy Program on July 16, 2020 from 11:00 AM until 12:20 PM for our quarterly Employment Law Seminar on Understanding the Employer's Responsability During and Post-Pandemic with guest presenters from Crowell & Moring LLP. 

As each jurisdiction begins to implement their respective reopening plans it is important to consider not just how to safely open business but what laws have changed during the public health emergency and what must be done to ensure a safe work environment for employees in this new normal. Our next employment law seminar will explore federal and local laws relating to worker safety, reporting to work requirements and recalling employees during a public health emergency, addressing health-related injuries and accommodations while on the job an d issues surrounding the restart of our office.
