Mr. Flynn's topic is entitled, "Managed Care in the New Frontier: How Healthcare Reform and Increased Regulatory Scrutiny are Impacting Healthcare Litigation." Mr. Lerner's topic is entitled, "New Directions in Antitrust Enforcement in a “Reforming” Healthcare World."
